What an appointment setter does at NOVIQ
NOVIQ builds websites, AI assistants and automations for small businesses that depend on handling their enquiries well: estate agents, builders, clinics and training centres. Your calls are how those businesses first hear about NOVIQ.
A typical call is short. You introduce NOVIQ in a few minutes, find out whether the business is interested and, if it is, book a meeting so they can see the system working. When a business is already convinced, you can close the sale on the same call.
Everything happens in our app, on your phone. It shows you who to call next, you log the outcome of each call with one tap, and your meetings, sales and commission sit in one place, so you always know where every lead stands.
How an appointment setter gets paid here
This is not a per-meeting rate. Booking meetings is how sales start, but what you earn comes from the sales you close: 40% of the set-up fee the client pays when they sign up. On our three packs that is £376, £840 or £1,280 per sale, and from £104 on individual services.
Commission is paid every Friday, for clients who paid that week. On top of that there are rewards for cumulative sales, with no deadline: dinner at a luxury restaurant near you at 5 sales, a luxury hotel weekend at 10 and an iPhone 18 Pro Max at 15.
There is no basic salary and we do not promise any monthly income. It depends entirely on the sales you close.
What you need to start
- To live in the UK and have a UK mobile number.
- A mobile phone with unlimited calls.
- A clear speaking voice and confidence on the phone.
- Around 3 hours a day or more, during business hours.
- Sales or customer service experience helps, but it is not essential: you get one-to-one training and a script for each sector.

- We message you on WhatsApp within 24 hours and you reply with a 30 to 60-second voice note, introducing yourself as if you were calling an estate agent.
- A 15-minute interview, with a short practice call.
- One-to-one training, we set up your account in the app and you start booking meetings.

Do I get paid for each meeting I book?
No. The role is commission only and you earn on the sales you close: 40% of the set-up fee, paid when the client pays. Booking meetings is the way to get to those sales.
Do I have to find the businesses to call?
No. We give you a list of businesses to call, organised by sector, inside the app.
Is there a script?
Yes. There is a step-by-step script for each type of business, with answers to the most common objections, and we go through it with you in your one-to-one training.
Do I have to pay anything to start?
No. We never ask you for money: not to start, not for the training, and not for the leads or the app.
When do I get paid?
Every Friday, for clients who paid that week. The commission on a sale is paid once the client has paid the set-up fee.
Can I do this from outside the UK?
