What we look for instead of experience
We value a clear speaking voice, consistency and drive. Experience in sales or customer service helps, but it is not a requirement, and there are no qualifications to meet. The application form simply asks how much experience you have, and “None” is one of the answers.
The first step after the form shows us how you sound on the phone: a 30 to 60-second voice note introducing yourself as if you were calling an estate agent. It does not need to be perfect. We are listening for a clear voice and confidence.

What you are offering, in plain words
NOVIQ builds websites, AI assistants and automations for small businesses that depend on handling their enquiries well, such as estate agents, builders, clinics and training centres. You do not need to be technical: your job is to introduce NOVIQ in a few minutes and book a meeting so the business can see the system, or close the sale.
Commission only from day one
There is no basic salary and no paid training period: the role is commission only from the start, 40% of the set-up fee on every sale you close. On our packs that is £376, £840 or £1,280, and from £104 on individual services.
Commission is paid every Friday, for clients who paid that week. The training, the leads and the app cost you nothing.
We do not promise any income. What you earn depends on the sales you close.
What you do need
- To live in the UK and have a UK mobile number.
- A mobile with unlimited calls.
- Around 3 hours a day or more, within business hours.
No experience: quick answers
Can I apply with no sales experience at all?
Yes. Experience helps but is not essential. We train you one to one and you get a script for each sector.
Do I need any qualifications?
No. There are no qualification or experience requirements. We value a clear voice, consistency and drive.
What does the training cover?
Your sector script, practice calls and how to use the app, in a one-to-one session with the team before you start.
Do I have to pay for the training?
No. The training, the leads and the app are free, and we never ask you for money.
What if a business raises an objection I cannot answer?
Each sector script includes answers to the most common objections, and you practise calls in your training session.
