Who is behind NOVIQ
NOVIQ was founded by Ronald Ras. It builds websites, AI assistants and automations for small and medium-sized businesses such as estate agents, builders, clinics and training centres.

Because NOVIQ is run from Spain, the WhatsApp number we message you from may be a Spanish one (+34), even though you will be calling UK businesses.
What you are paid, and when
Commission only: 40% of the set-up fee on every sale you close. That is £376 on a Starter pack, £840 on a Growth pack and £1,280 on a Sales engine pack, and from £104 on individual services. There is no basic salary.
You are paid every Friday, for clients who paid that week. Your sales and commission are visible in the app, so you can check every figure.
We do not promise any monthly income: what you earn depends on the sales you close.

How the process works

- We message you on WhatsApp within 24 hours and you send a 30 to 60-second voice note introducing yourself as if you were calling an estate agent.
- A 15-minute interview with a short practice call.
- We sign the agreement, train you one to one, set up your account in the app and you start calling.
