What NOVIQ is and what you will do
NOVIQ builds websites, AI assistants and automations for small and medium-sized businesses: estate agents, builders, clinics, training centres and other businesses that depend on handling their enquiries well.
Your job is to call businesses from a list we give you, introduce NOVIQ in a few minutes and book a meeting to show them the system, or close the sale. Everything happens in our app, on your phone: you see who to call next, log each call with one tap and track your meetings, sales and commission.
Commission only: 40% of the set-up fee on every sale you close, paid when the client pays
There is no basic salary: you earn on every sale you close. The set-up fee is what the client pays when they sign up. This is what you earn on each pack:

Calling businesses in Spain? In euros: €440, €980 and €1,500 per pack, and from €120 per individual service.
What you earn depends on the sales you close. This is a commission-only role and we do not promise any monthly income.
For cumulative sales, with no deadline. They are an extra: they do not come out of your commission.

What you need
- A mobile phone with unlimited calls.
- A clear speaking voice and confidence on the phone.
- Around 3 hours a day or more, during business hours.
- To call UK businesses: you live in the UK and have a UK mobile number.
- Sales or customer service experience helps, but is not essential.
How it works

- We message you on WhatsApp and you send us a 30 to 60-second voice note introducing yourself as if you were calling an estate agent.
- A 15-minute interview, with a short practice call.
- One-to-one training, we set up your account in the app and you start calling.
Questions people often ask
Do I have to pay anything?
Never. We will never ask you for money: not to start, not for the training, and not for the leads or the app.
Do I have to recruit people?
No. This is not multi-level marketing: you earn from the sales you close with the businesses you call, not from bringing in other people.
Is there a contract?
Yes. Before you start, we both sign a written commission-only contractor agreement covering the commission, when it is paid and how we work together. As a self-employed contractor, you handle your own tax.
When do I get paid?
Every Friday, for clients who paid that week. The commission on a sale is paid once the client has paid the set-up fee.
Is there a basic salary?
No. It is commission only: 40% of the set-up fee on every sale you close, paid when the client pays.
Do I need experience?
It is not essential. We train you one to one and you get a script for each sector. We value a clear voice, consistency and drive.
Can I work from home and set my own hours?
Yes. It is remote: you call from wherever you like and choose when, within business hours.
