2. Purpose

NOVIQ provides website design, AI assistants, process automation, lead generation and CRM integration services for businesses. The information on this website is indicative and does not constitute a contractual offer; every project is quoted in writing.

3. Intellectual property

The website content (texts, design, animations, code and the NOVIQ brand) belongs to NOVIQ or its licensors. The projects shown under “Work” belong to their respective clients and are displayed as references of delivered work.

NOVIQ is not liable for the use third parties make of the published information nor for uninterrupted availability of the site. External links are provided for information only.

5. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Unless mandatory rules state otherwise, any dispute is submitted to the courts of Palma (Mallorca, Spain).
