2. What we process and why
The details you leave in the “Request the call” form: name, company, type of business, phone number, indicative budget range and language, together with technical data about the submission (date, page, browser and an anonymised fingerprint of the connection to prevent abuse) and, if any, where your visit came from (the campaign link or website that brought you to the form page). We use them to arrange the call you requested and answer your enquiry; where your visit came from is also used, in aggregate, to learn which channels bring us enquiries.
3. Legal basis
Pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, where applicable, your consent when submitting the form (art. 6.1.a). For where your visit came from, our legitimate interest in knowing which channels work (art. 6.1.f); you can object by writing to the address in section 1.
4. Retention
We keep the request while we handle your enquiry and for a maximum of 12 months if we do not end up working together; it is then deleted or anonymised.
5. Processors and recipients
We do not share your data with third parties. To provide the service we rely on processors: Vercel (hosting and submission function, Frankfurt region), Supabase (database, Frankfurt region) and Resend (internal email notification). International transfers, if any, are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You can access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing and request portability by writing to r.ras@noviq.group. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
7. Cookies
This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. It only sets one technical cookie, “noviq_idioma”, if you switch language with the ES/EN button, so the site opens in that language on your next visits (it lasts one year and contains no personal data). It also uses technical browser storage to remember, within the session, that you have seen the intro and the invitation and, on the careers pages, where your first visit came from (campaign link, referring website and landing page), which is only sent if you submit an application and is deleted when you close the tab; plus cookie-free audience analytics without personal identifiers.
To choose the language of your first visit we take into account the country our hosting provider infers from your connection’s IP address and your browser’s language. This information is not stored or linked to you.
8. Applications to work with NOVIQ (callers)
If you apply on our Careers page, we process the details in the application form: name, WhatsApp number, email (if you give it), town or city, experience, hours available, when you can start, whether you have unlimited calls, who referred you and your message, together with the market (UK or Spain) and language of the page, where your visit came from and an anonymised fingerprint of the connection to prevent abuse. We also process anything you send us afterwards on WhatsApp (such as your voice note) and our interview notes.
- Purpose: selecting contractors: assessing your application, contacting you on WhatsApp or by phone, interviewing you and, if we go ahead, preparing the contractor agreement.
- Legal basis: your request, when you send us your application (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, art. 6.1.b GDPR / UK GDPR).
- Retention: 12 months from your application, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If you start working with us, the data becomes part of that working relationship.
- Recipients: we do not share it with third parties. It is stored in NOVIQ’s internal app, hosted on Vercel and Supabase (Frankfurt region), and, if the automatic registration fails, we receive an email notification through Resend. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms.
- Contact and rights: email r.ras@noviq.group to access, correct or delete your application, or to exercise any of the rights in section 6. In the UK you may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
