A commission-only sales job means you are paid for results, not hours: at NOVIQ you work as a self-employed contractor with no basic salary and earn 40% of the set-up fee on every sale you close, from £376 per pack. What “commission only” means here
There is no basic salary, no hourly rate and no pay per call. Each time you close a sale, you earn 40% of the set-up fee the client pays when they sign up. If you do not close sales, you do not earn, and we say that openly: we do not promise any monthly income.
In exchange, the role costs you nothing and fits around you. You choose when you call within business hours, and the leads, the app, the scripts and the one-to-one training are provided by NOVIQ.
Self-employed, with a written agreement
You work with NOVIQ as a self-employed contractor, not as an employee. Before you start, we both sign a written commission-only contractor agreement that sets out the commission, when it is paid and how we work together.
As a self-employed contractor, you handle your own tax. If you are unsure how to declare what you earn, an accountant can advise you.
You are never asked to buy anything, invest anything or recruit anyone. This is not multi-level marketing: you earn from the sales you close with the businesses you call.
How and when you get paid
- You close a sale with a business you called.
- The client pays the set-up fee for the pack or service they chose.
- Your commission, 40% of that set-up fee, is due once the client has paid.
- On Friday you are paid the commission for every client who paid that week. You can follow it all in the app.

No. It is commission only: 40% of the set-up fee on every sale you close, paid when the client pays.

Are the rewards taken from my commission?
No. Rewards for cumulative sales, at 5, 10 and 15 sales, are extra and have no deadline.
