System 03
A website is not a brochure. It is the first commercial system
Premium website design and development
Most company websites are designed to explain who you are. A NOVIQ website is designed so that whoever arrives understands quickly, trusts you, and leaves a useful way to be contacted.
A three-dimensional digital frame built from separated layers — structure, design, motion, capture and analytics — aligned in depth.
The problem
A beautiful site that captures nothing is a cost. A slow site that captures is a wasted opportunity.
- The site looks good but generates no enquiries.
- The form lands in an inbox nobody checks daily.
- On mobile it is slow enough that half the visits leave before seeing it.
- There is no way to know which pages bring real contacts.
- The content does not answer what people actually search for.
What NOVIQ builds
A website treated as a product: design, performance, content and capture decided together.
Original creative direction
A visual language built for your brand — not a template in your colours.
Motion with intent
Animation explains and prioritises. If a movement carries no information, it does not ship.
Measured performance
Measured before and after. Speed is part of the design, not a later fix.
Technical SEO from the structure up
Metadata, headings, structured data, sitemap, hreflang and content crawlable without relying on JavaScript.
Connected capture
Forms land in the CRM and trigger automated follow-up, instead of ending in an inbox.
Real accessibility
Keyboard navigation, sufficient contrast, alternative text, and respect for prefers-reduced-motion.
How it works
The same process that produced the projects in the portfolio.
Strategy
What you sell, to whom, and what must happen when someone arrives.
Architecture and content
Page structure, message hierarchy and real content — not filler.
Design and art direction
A complete visual system: type, colour, composition and motion.
Development
Built for performance, accessibility and maintainability.
Connection and measurement
Forms, CRM, analytics and consent wired up before launch.
What it includes

What happens when someone arrives
The journey that gets designed explicitly.
They arrive
From search, a campaign, social or a referral.
They understand
Within seconds they know what you do and who for.
They orient
They find their case: their sector, their problem, their service.
They verify
They see real work: projects, scope and how you operate.
They make contact
They complete a short form, or write through their preferred channel.
They enter the system
The contact is recorded and automated follow-up begins.

Trades and local services
Fast, clear sites built around the call or the quote.
Working with your team
The site is handed over for you to run — not so you depend on us for every change.
- Clear, editable content structure.
- Documentation for updating whatever changes often.
- Handover training for the team that will maintain it.
- The client owns the code.
Security, performance and compliance
What you cannot see is part of the project too.
- Security headers and content policy configured.
- HTTPS enforced and permanent redirects correct.
- Cookie consent and a GDPR-compliant privacy page.
- Performance measured on mobile and desktop before launch.
- 301 redirects from old URLs whenever the structure changes.
Frequently asked questions
Will we lose our current search rankings by rebuilding?
Not if the migration is done properly. We inventory the current URLs, preserve the ones that work, and create 301 redirects from the ones that change. That is part of the project, not an extra.
Can it integrate with the AI assistant?
Yes — that is the usual combination: the site captures, the assistant answers and qualifies. They can be bought separately or as one system.
Do you build multilingual sites?
Yes, with per-language routes, correct canonicals and reciprocal hreflang. This site works that way in Spanish and English.
Don't animations slow the site down?
They can, if added without judgement. That is why they load on demand, pause off-screen, and are replaced by static versions when the user has asked for less motion.
Connected systems
This system works on its own, but it does more connected to these:

We review your current site and tell you what is holding it back, with no obligation.
