It is commission only, 40% of the set-up fee on every sale you close (£376 to £1,280 per pack), paid every Friday once the client has paid. What telesales from home looks like
All you need is your mobile with unlimited calls and a quiet place to call from. When you start a session, the app shows you the next business to call. After each call you tap the outcome, and the app keeps your meetings, sales and commission up to date.
The calls are business to business: estate agents, builders, clinics, training centres and other businesses that depend on handling their enquiries well. You introduce NOVIQ, which builds websites, AI assistants and automations for them, and you aim either to book a meeting so they can see the system or to close the sale.
You decide when you call, within the business hours of the companies you are calling. We ask for around 3 hours a day or more.

Commission only, paid every Friday
There is no hourly rate and no basic salary. You earn 40% of the set-up fee on every sale you close: £376 on a Starter pack, £840 on a Growth pack and £1,280 on a Sales engine pack, and from £104 on individual services.
Commission is paid every Friday, for clients who paid that week, and you can follow it in the app. Rewards for cumulative sales come on top and are never taken out of your commission.
How much you earn depends on the sales you close. We do not promise any monthly income.
What you need
- You live in the UK and have a UK mobile number.
- Your mobile plan includes unlimited calls.
- You speak clearly and are comfortable on the phone.
- You can give around 3 hours a day or more during business hours.
- No experience is required, although sales or customer service experience helps.
Telesales from home: quick answers
Do I need my own equipment?
Just a mobile phone with unlimited calls. The leads, the app, the scripts and the training are provided by NOVIQ at no cost to you.
Is it inbound or outbound calling?
Outbound. You call businesses from the list we give you; you do not wait for calls to come in.
Is this a salaried telesales job?
No. It is commission only, with no basic salary: 40% of the set-up fee on every sale you close, paid when the client pays.
When is commission paid?
Every Friday, for clients who paid that week.
Do I have to recruit anyone?
No. This is not multi-level marketing: you earn only from the sales you close with the businesses you call.
Is there a contract?
Yes. Before you start, we both sign a written commission-only contractor agreement covering the commission, when it is paid and how we work together.
